At JivaAyurveda, we want you to feel as good as you look in our sustainable fashion. If your purchase doesn't align with your expectations, we offer a seamless 30-day return and exchange policy to ensure your complete satisfaction.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the unworn, unwashed items with original tags attached into the original shipping bag or a secure box of your choice.

• 3.
  Print & Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from the confirmation email and securely affix it to the outside of your return package.

• 4.
  Drop Off & Refund

  Hand your package to the designated carrier; once we receive and inspect the items, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
